Jack is licensed to practice law in California and focuses on transactional business law. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

As the founder of The Parsa Firm, APC, and having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Jack understands the challenges of starting and growing a business. He launched the firm soon after he passed the California Bar Exam to help entrepreneurs and small businesses with their transactional legal needs.
