Attorney

Jack is the founder and principal attorney of The Parsa Firm, APC. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. During law school, Jack received multiple CALI Awards and earned a certificate from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. Jack also holds a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Before founding the firm, Jack gained experience forming entities and drafting a wide range of transactional legal documents while clerking at a boutique law firm focused on business and real estate matters.

Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Jack understands the challenges of starting and growing a business. He founded The Parsa Firm, APC soon after he passed the California Bar Exam to provide legal support that is tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses.
